Standard Function Cancellation Policy for [Bar Name]

Thank you for choosing [Bar Name] for your upcoming event. We understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business, as we dedicate staff, space, and resources exclusively to your booking once it is confirmed.

1. Confirmation & Deposit
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of [e.g., $200] is required upon confirmation. This deposit secures your reserved space and will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the event.

2. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees

• Between 14 and 30 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated total bill will be charged.
